reserved and paid for 55 seat coach bus.3 days before trip, was called and told the 55 seat bus was taken out of service, they offered a 33 seat and a 24 seat bus to accommodate our 55 guests.
on the morning of the trip at 5:30a.m. a 30 seat bus and a 16 seat bus arrived. dispatch could not help, emails went unanswered. that evening, finally contacted Donna in customer service.
while nice, she wanted to know what i wanted, since they sent 2 buses.
i want to pay for the trip for 46 people not a trip for 55, since 55 didn't get to go on the trip.still waiting for a response from james graham, sales rep, and joe, the v.p.
