we were scheduled to take a trip of about 150 miles from our home. it was a retirement celebration for which i hired the bus to send 30 friends to the event.

we were scheduled to be picked up at 8:45. however, our bus did not arrive until after 2 1/2 hours of trying to reach someone, using all the provided numbers. we finally got a response on the Spanish line. they sent a bus (not the one we ordered).

we were so late that we missed the retirement event that we chartered the bus for.

after two weeks our complaints and their run-around, they finally called us back and offered us $100 refund for the trip for which i paid $1600.00. didn't seem to care about our problem.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $1600.

Preferred solution: refund me $300 which the equivalent of the time we did not get..

We recently booked this company for an overnight school field trip. We got a constant run a round from customer service.

We were promised buses, and we even paid and $8000 invoice, only to discover that they had no buses available. Then, I requested to speak to the top supervisor, who informed me that they could provide buses, but not for the invoiced price.

The price had increased to $12000....what a ripoff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!
