Us Coachways - Terrible unsafe frightening

A/c unit broken. Driver very aggressive- threatened my daughter - her friends had to protect her. ‘Accident’ occurred and Corporate Director refused to release insurance details. I spoke with driver and insurance appeared non existent- corporate director tried to cover up - NOT SAFE GUYS - Do not risk you life with US Coachways

This U.S. Coachways is not dependable. They are bus brokers and do NOT own buses of their own. You will be wiser to go directly to a bus company when looking for a bus because U.S. COACHWAYS will charge you about %35 more than going direct. Then, they eill send you a bus that is on it's last leg and has major mechenical and safety issues.
