We created an account for booking online 1 year in advance for our reunion in 2018 with a quoted price by email from a representative of US Coachways. We started the online process with one booking for 4 buses.

The next few days, our account showed 4 bookings for different depots with one bus each and at a higher cost than the quoted price. We terminated the online booking process without approving or agreeing to any additional charges shown in the reservation booking. Later on, we were charged 4 reservation cancellation fees for 4 bookings (that never were approved) saying per their policy which was never given to us in advance or given us an opportunity to read and to approve it before starting the online booking. US Coachways gave us one price, then charged us at a higher price at the online booking, and then later on charged us a cancellation fee even for the reservation bookings have not been approved.

Lesson learn: Ask for and read all the details of the terms and conditions from this company before doing any online booking with US Coachways. If they don't provide you their policy to review or telling you in advance what they are going to charge you before booking a reservation; DO NOT START any business with them.
