I requested a quote for a 56 passenger motor coach for my brother's wedding.I received an e-mail right away from an Account Manager with a price and he told me if I got all the information to him he would send me a confirmation and a charter number shortly.

I hadn't heard back from him after I sent him the signed contract and CC info, and when I did finally hear back from him he said "it would be in my best interest to look for another bus because they might not have availability." This was 4 days before the scheduled trip. How could any company work like this?

Fortunately, I was able to find another bus company that had availability and that was more than willing to accommodate my group.Do not use US Coachways-they're totally unprofessional and unreliable!
